Teams

Overview: Teams allow for seamless cross-departmental collaboration and increased strategic alignment. Departments are a good representation of organizational structures but are not always the best at representing the groups of people who collaborate together.

Highlights:

  • Primary Team: Departments are now part of teams. Your department is your Primary Team. You can also be part of many additional Teams.

  • Unlimited Teams: Create as many Teams as you like. Add members to match your specific processes and needs.

  • Team Assignments: Assign Tasks, People, Conversations & Decisions to Teams.

  • Workflows: Use the power of Workflows to assign Teams across Element451.

Upgrade to Angular Material 16 & User Interface (UI) Improvements

Overview: These UI updates aim to enhance your experience and the accessibility of Element451. This update will ensure our UI follows modern conventions and leverages the latest technologies to be responsive, fast, and accessible.

Highlights:

  • More Accessible: Made radio buttons, checkboxes & date pickers more accessible and mobile-friendly by adding halos, shadows, and additional padding.

  • Updated Listings: We've brought Bolt UI to Workflows, Surveys, Field Management, Manage Users, Visibility Groups and Permission Groups.

  • Improved Loading Speed: Certain Element451 pages, like the Workflows listing, now load faster.

  • Toggles: Added color and symbols to show the on/off states of toggles more clearly.

  • Shading: Added shading to text inputs to more clearly indicate where to interact.

These UI updates will also extend to some public-facing areas of Element451, including forms, application sites, events, and microsites.

You'll also see updates to several modules (Manage Users, Field Management, and Surveys) where we have implemented slide-out sheets and updated listing tables. This new design creates a more consistent experience across all modules in Element451.
