  • Pre-Populated Forms: Embed forms with data already filled in for a seamless user experience.

  • Nested Subpages: Add subpages to any page to organize content and create a cohesive Site structure.

  • External Domain Configuration: For a fully branded look, choose a single CNAME for your page or opt for a wildcard.

  2. This will take you to your All Pages list. You can create a new page or modify an existing page from the All Pages list.

Creating + Managing Pages

Creating new and managing existing forms is easy! Check out our article that outlines the process.

Configuring External Page Domains

You can set up an external domain that masks the primary domain with a URL incorporating your school's name or abbreviation.

Pre-Populating Forms on Pages

Pre-populating forms on your landing pages can greatly enhance the efficiency and personalization of your data collection and campaigns. This feature works similarly to logging students in with a magic link to a microsite or application site.

FAQ + Troubleshooting

I have an embedded form on a page, and I am attempting to update the text on the button, but when I update it in forms, the change does not reflect on the page.

When using embedded forms on pages, you need to update the button text in the page editor. To do this, edit the page, find the form, and click on the form's button to open the button settings. The settings you choose for the form in the page editor (such as title and button text) will take precedence over the actual form settings.
