New Fine-Tuning Permissions for Workflows
We have expanded the individual permissions related to the Workflows + Rules module to offer more granular control over user access and actions. Previously, permissions were separated and all-encompassing. Now, access to Workflows + Rules is combined, and we’ve introduced new permissions that allow for finer control. These permissions can be added to your new or existing permission groups for tailored access.
The Access Workflows permission is required for all permissions, except Administer Workflows, to function properly.

Access to Workflows + Rules is now combined.
New individual permissions:
Access Workflows: View workflows/rules
Administer Workflows: Create, edit, and delete workflows/rules
Edit Own Workflows: Edit workflows/rules authored by the user and create workflows/rules
Edit Team Workflows: Edit workflows/rules authored by any member of the user’s team and create workflows/rules
Administer Workflow Folders: Create, edit, and delete workflow folders
