We have restructured the conversation-related data on the Conversations and Management Insights Dashboards to provide more granular and accurate reporting based on daily activity.
Details
Daily Activity Visualization: Conversation data is now visualized based on daily activity, reflecting the actual date of activity rather than the date the conversation was opened.
Improved Date Controls: Date controls now modify conversation data to show activities (messages sent, messages received, average number of messages, etc.) according to the day the activity took place.
Accurate Data Reporting: This update allows for more precise data reporting by aligning the data with the actual dates of activity.
