We have released updates to the Conversations and Campaigns Insights Dashboards, introducing new toggles and data visualizations to give you more detailed insights into your user interactions.
Details
Conversations Dashboard:
A new control filter allows viewing metrics by Privacy setting.
A new control filter allows viewing metrics by Anonymity setting.
A new control filter allows viewing metrics by conversations referring to a specific Knowledge Base Article. You can also view aggregated metrics for Knowledge Base Article references.
Knowledge Base Gap metrics have been improved! The previous calculation was based on specific keywords, but now the Bolt Assistant's lack of ability to answer a question is powered completely by AI.
WhatsApp statistics are now displayed and available in the channel control filter, allowing you to monitor performance across this key messaging platform.
Campaigns Dashboard:
A new visual on the SMS tab shows opt-outs over time.
A new control filter lets you view metrics based on user opt-out status.
