Before you begin using the Tasks feature you'll need to create a Task Type. Watch the video below to learn how.
Task types are common actions your team members take that you want to track during your recruitment process. You can add different types by selecting "Activity, Tasks, and Note Type" under the gear in the top right corner.
After clicking the blue plus button in the lower left corner, you will be prompted to create a name for the task and an icon to associate it with.
These types of actions can also be used as activities or note types.
When you create a new task you will specify the task type. To create new tasks, learn about the task overview.
