With this enhancement, Copilot has become an active task manager that not only lists your to-dos but helps you complete them.

Context-aware when viewing a task
Provides a detailed overview of pending tasks and their respective deadlines
Analyzes tasks and suggests actionable next steps, optimizing workflow efficiency
Interactive and user-friendly; asks for user permission before taking any action
Capable of drafting email and SMS communication based on the context of the task
Updates the task status to done upon completion

Activity Feed: Email Content Viewer
Overview: A dynamic enhancement to the Contact Activity Feed, the Email Content Viewer allows you to view emails exactly as they were rendered when sent, inclusive of tokens and dynamic content. This ensures you see delivered Campaign and autoresponder emails as the Contact sees them.

Email Renderings: View emails exactly as they were rendered when sent, inclusive of tokens and dynamic content, ensuring your perspective aligns perfectly with that of the Contact.
Historical Access: Review past email communications, offering a detailed and consistent archive of a Contact's comprehensive email history.
Benefit: The email content viewer in the Activity Feed bridges the gap between sent and received content, giving you crystal-clear visibility of every email sent to a Contact.
Access to email history in the content viewer is limited to emails sent on or after February 5, 2024.
Activity Feed: SMS Content Viewer
Overview: Just like the email content viewer, the SMS Content Viewer allows you to view SMS messages exactly as they were rendered when sent, inclusive of tokens and other personalization content. This ensures you see delivered Campaign and autoresponder SMS messages as the Contact sees them.

Data Hygiene Dashboard
Overview: The Data Hygiene Dashboard, added to the Insights Module, enhances data integrity by identifying and rectifying errors in the Person record. It efficiently targets discrepancies in attributes, applications, and milestones, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Details:
Centralizes data quality control for key attributes across Person records, applications, and milestones
An Overview tab gives you a snapshot of data quality, and an Error Report tab provides detailed error analysis and file download
Download, correct in a spreadsheet, and re-upload via the Import module
Benefit: The Data Hygiene Dashboard simplifies error detection and correction, ensuring your data is clean and dependable. This leads to better-informed decisions and a more efficient data management process within Element451.
