Applications

Fixed: Error Saving Pasted Content: Pasting content may include HTML tags not permitted by Element451. We've made improvements in how these errors are handled.

Fixed: Pasted Content blocking SMS sends: Pasting content that included unsupported HTML blocked sending certain SMS messages. We now remember HTML content being pasted into SMS conversations.
New: Schedule Live Chat: You can now schedule your live chat hours and automatically hide the live chat widget when no live agents are available.

Updated: Sort order for Events in a Series: In Event portals, we made the list of events display in date order, making the experience more meaningful for students.

New: Create PDF: You can now create a pdf to be added to the user's document bin when a form is submitted.
New: Default Profile Type: Set a profile type for people completing certain forms.

Import/Export

New: Task GUID Token: We've added [task:guid] token to the available tokens you can use when configuring a file name in data Exports. This allows for easier troubleshooting.
New: Tag Documents on Export: Apply document tags to all exported documents when exporting documents. This feature works well with filtering "not tagged" documents in document filtering.
Fixed: Emails Links: We fixed an issue where links in Export emails were not correctly downloading or displaying the file.

New: Sources Dashboard: A new suite of reports focused on Sources.
New: Conversations Dashboard: A new suite of reports focused on Conversations.

Feature Release: Journeys: Our students interact with us in countless ways. Our business processes cross modules within Element451. Journeys is a new way to track and visualize people completing sequential interactions.

New: SCOIR Integration Pack: The SCOIR Integration Pack connects your Element451 instance to SCOIR for automatic document management and import.

New: Dynamic Territories: We've made territories smarter, allowing you to configure your filters and assign territories in one location. Learn more.
New: Additional Fields: You can now add name part fields to your people index table. These include First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, and Preferred Name.
New: People Index Sort: We've improved using your custom index by introducing the sort-by-name function.
New: Profile Type, "Volunteer": Track volunteer interviewers, mentors, event supporters, and more with this new profile type.
Fixed: College GPAs: college GPAs were not displayed on the GPA profile card. This has been corrected.

Module Overhaul: Tasks.
New: Your Todos: We've added another "fast filter" to the tasks sidebar. Your Todos quickly pre-filters the task list to show tasks assigned to you that are not completed.
Updated: Flattened Tasks Menu: You can get to your tasks even faster now that we removed task settings from the main navigation.

New: Term Filter for Submit Application: We've the ability to limit the "Submit Application" workflow action by application term. This ensures you only submit a specific application for applicants with apps for multiple terms.
Fixed: Adding Segments to Inactive Rules: We've smashed a bug where adding a segment of users to an inactive rule immediately ran that rule against that segment.

Other:

You can now sort the Labels index page by name, color, slug, and guid by clicking on the header name.
We fixed a bug where visibility group(s) would not always assign correctly when configured during new user invitation.
General bug fixes and stability improvements.
