Fixes and Improvements

Applications + Decisions

  • Improved

    • Enhanced the formatting of the post-admit checklist to align with the pre-admit checklist.

    • Updated the system to automatically delete Info Requests associated with an application when the application is deleted.

    • Added the Bolt Discovery component to Application Sites, matching the functionality available in Pages.

    • Added a “Last Modified” column to the Decisions Criteria settings table to display the last modified date.

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where decision tags could not be added in bulk.

    • Resolved an issue where field filters were not functioning on Supplemental Forms, ensuring they now work as they do on forms and applications.

    • Resolved an issue where the information request autoresponder displayed the incorrect application major when users had multiple active applications, ensuring text tokens now match the correct application.

  • Improved

    • Added filtering options to the Knowledge Base Source table, allowing users to filter sources by Type, Category, and State for improved navigation and management.

    • Added a sort feature to the Knowledge Base Source table, enabling users to organize entries by Title, Type, and State.

    • Added folder management to the Knowledge Base, enabling the creation, editing, and deletion of folders to organize and move knowledge base sources efficiently.

    • Added a new Knowledge Base source type: “Technical Issues.”

Campaigns

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where “View Online” hyperlinks in email footers did not change color and appeared as normal black text.

    • Resolved an issue where paragraph spacing was not retained in the preview or when campaigns were sent..

    • Resolved an issue where cell phone links in campaign communications did not open correctly due to UTM parameters interfering with the link functionality.

Conversations

  • Improved

    • Added the ability to multi-select assignees in the Conversations inbox filter.

    • Introduced Custom Conversation Views, allowing users to create and save personalized, filtered views of their conversation inbox for improved organization and workflow efficiency.

    • Added the ability to insert basic dynamic tokens (e.g., first name, last name, sender) into saved replies, enabling more personalized and efficient responses in conversations.

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where SMS conversations could not be sent to Canadian phone numbers.

    • Resolved an issue where network-based (StudentHub) conversation notifications displayed “unknown visitor” instead of the student’s name.

    • Resolved an issue that caused the Conversations inbox to load slowly when certain filters were applied.

    • Resolved an issue where the “tab to autofill” function did not work when starting a new email conversation with a student from their record.

    • Resolved an issue where an error message appeared when attempting to edit a Saved Reply.

Data + Insights

  • Improved

    • Added the “Last Seen IP Address” trait to exports.

    • Added new user identities for Liaison Application Types: Business CAS ID, Graduate CAS ID, Engineering CAS ID, Dental CAS ID, Pharm CAS ID, Nursing CAS ID, and Postdoc App Support Service CAS ID.

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where previously used slugs and email addresses with capitalization discrepancies caused errors in Zaps and other processes.

    • Resolved an issue preventing data from populating in the Events Insights Dashboard.

Deduplication

    • Resolved an issue where the “Switch Users” button did not work after selecting the “See Possible Duplicates” button and adding another record.

Events

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where users could not filter by event categories on the events site.

    • Resolved an issue where users couldn’t manually add event attendees after the event date had passed for events with repeatable dates.

    • Resolved an issue where the event time was missing from the file when exporting event attendees.

Forms

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where the date picker failed to work when the default date was in the past.

Microsites

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where the microsite dashboard CTA was not displaying correctly on mobile devices.

    • Resolved an issue where viewing decision letters on a microsite caused extra spaces to appear between token lines.

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where users were unable to select the Degree level on the school card.

    • Resolved an issue where the Profile School Graduation Status did not respect the School Roots custom field setting, and the Graduation Status failed to update when the data source was changed.

    • Resolved an issue where network connection filters in segments did not properly retrieve contacts.

    • Resolved an issue where the activity feed content preview for a campaign was restricted to a small box with a scroll bar, now displaying larger within the sidesheet.

    • Resolved an issue where the “Access Surveys” permission did not allow users to view surveys.

    • Resolved an issue where task filters for overdue and upcoming tasks displayed no results despite the task counts updating correctly.
