Bolt Analysis for Conversations + Redesigned Sidebar
We’ve enhanced Conversations with Bolt Analysis, powered by Bolt AI, to give you a clear view of conversation quality and actionable next steps. Alongside this launch, we’ve redesigned the right-hand sidebar, moving from tabs to collapsible sections for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
Enhanced Deduplication Logic for SSNs
We’ve enhanced our deduplication process to better handle Social Security Numbers (SSNs) when identifying and resolving duplicate records. These updates improve how the system recognizes different SSN formats and provide internal users with more visibility and control.
Improvement to Daily Sync Detectors for URL/Website Sources
We’ve expanded the Daily Sync feature for URL and Website Knowledge Hub sources to detect a broader range of update signals. With enhanced detection logic, Bolt AI now identifies content changes from more types of metadata, headers, and structured data—reducing missed updates and keeping your knowledge fresher.
Updated Payment Descriptions Sent to Payment Providers
We’ve updated the format of payment descriptions sent to your 3rd party payment provider, ensuring more consistent and automation-ready payment data for all transactions.
Task Description WYSIWYG Editor
The Tasks Module now includes a WYSIWYG editor in the description field for both tasks and subtasks, giving users more control over text formatting when creating tasks.
Increased Bolt Jobs Capacity — Now 10x Bigger
We’ve expanded the capacity of Bolt Jobs, increasing the limit from 1,000 to 10,000 concurrent active participants. This upgrade means Bolt Agents can now proactively work with 10x more students, nudging them to complete a goal.

Added validation for Bolt Agent Jobs with the “Sign Up For Event” goal or "Promote Event" Action to abandon when the target event is closed or has signups disabled, and to automatically retry the next day at 9 AM if the event is at capacity.

Updated the UI for creating a new Bolt Agent in Conversation Settings to align with the new Bolt Agents interface.
